At Tamotia Art & Heritage, every artwork and handcrafted creation is carefully made and inspected before dispatch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom or commissioned artworks.
Personalized products.
Artwork damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging.
Items showing signs of use or alteration.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

Photographs of the product
Images of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
If the original product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement or process a refund.
Shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
If a replacement is approved, the return shipping cost will be borne by Tamotia Art & Heritage.
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Custom artwork and commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
