Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or commissioned artworks may require additional production time. The estimated completion and shipping timeline will be shared during the order confirmation process.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently ship across India and also offer international shipping for selected artworks and handcrafted products.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you with available options.

Within India: 5 to 10 business days
International Orders: 10 to 21 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package size, and weight.

Every artwork is packed with care using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Fragile items, paintings, ceramics, and handcrafted pieces receive additional protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing the tracking details, where applicable.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
If your package arrives damaged, please:
Do not discard the original packaging.
Take clear photographs of the package and the product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
